The wheels are basically off. Recruits jumping like the Hecht is on Fire.

I want the team to succeed, but I see the product on the field and excuses from the staff. Some of you, the apologists, still believe in the tooth fairy.

What do you guys think will happen in year 4.....win 3-4 games...maybe. What do you think happens to attendance and revenue?

Serious question.....what do any apologists think will change?

I don't care how bad we are we are winning at least 7 games. That's not the goal but this board is over dramatizing everything.
 
I actually see the richt era being up and down and streaky like its been, once we develop some more playmakers on O wont be surprised to see another season where we win these close ACC games and win 10 games, just doesn't look like itll be consistent

If 7 wins is your floor for success then you're better off supporting some MAC mid-major.
 
It was the same last year except for some critical breaks that went our way.. nothing has changed and nothing will, until some drastic steps are taken...
I have no faith in Richt. His decisions as leader has been atrocious... he is no leader. After 15 years, he has learnt nothing....
His bungling of the QB situation is unforgivable for someone with his experience...

Why? Just expressing my opinion like everyone else, but if I don't say the team I've enjoyed watching since I was a kid should win at least 7 games I should post less? We suck and are never going to be great again. Is that more like it to be accepted on this board?

If you're setting the bar for a successful season in year 4 at Miami as a barometer of success. Than I'd have to tell you Miami of Ohio is 1100+ miles north of Coral Gables, because you're a fan of the wrong school.

Again 7 wins was just a number not the point, the point is this board is reaching to say we will only win 3-4 games next year. Of course the bar is to win championships here at Miami, but that hasn't happened since I was 10 years old.
 
Georgia Tech is better than Duke, their offense is humming right now. They'll win comfortably

VT is about Duke level right now, but it's in Blacksburg, it will be cold, canes will suck as usual. Very likely VT takes that game 75% chance IMO

Pitt hung 54 points on Duke and beat Virginia in their house, they will smash us again this year.

Most likely final record: 5-7 no bowl game.
