Rosier is mobile, but has lost accuracy
Time to change.
This is very true and something I've thought about a lot since the end of the season, and especially after the LSU game.
He has ACTUALLY gotten worse. He was always serviceable at best, and in those first 10 games last year, that (barely) got us by.
I don't even think it's so much that he was exposed...he simply regressed. Is it the coaching? If so, that's incredibly concerning.
Is it just a personal regression? That's my guess...something got to him and he's never been the same. I could be wrong, but he was playing above his threshold in the first few games, and has settled into what he is - a subpar QB who should absolutely not be running our offense.
We have 3 guys who could be the future, and it's going to take a lot of trial by fire for them to settle in. I'd love to see Richt pick one and go for it. There are dozens of examples of QBs who don't show well in camp but absolutely thrive under gameday pressure.
Feelings can't be considered here. Rosier has no future, so its time to move on. The end. Preaching to the choir at this point...
