Usually we have a few guys that give a break down on the game on who stepped up and who made plays. What were some of you guys surprise players. It was kind of hard trying to figure out who was who # wise.

just a few of my thoughts, I think Rodriguez needs a little love. He played a good game and he was getting blasted a little bit a day before the game.

On defense I thought #9 and #11 really played great. The whole dam O-line played great. You can see we have really recruited some dam good young ones as well.

what you guys think.

Where have you been? There are multiple threads on surprise players, breakdown of the game, etc. Bottom line...

We kicked *** and took names!

Per the film. But his make a wish moment gave us the cam spin to george TD so I guess it cant all be bad..

But down the road against legit pass rushing playoff type teams not sure he will be the answer, make a wish for columbus grad got to be put away.

Lol yes indeed, but is that's like... Any other QB back there that's a sack or worse and we're cursing the LG's name.
 
Malik Bryant truly showed some amazing pass rush wins.

A nasty speed rush with bend to beat the RT, and on another occasion he about threw out the back of the LT with a push pull move.

Kid looks to be a demon as a pass rush specialist. Didn't he make some other guys transfer?

Mauigoa had his moments last year too where he was beaten soundly

People just excused it because he’s a five star

You see a guy like Rodriguez get beat and it’s confirming peoples fears

You got booger eaters talking about how Rodriguez should be benched when we just had months of our coaches evaluating them

We're ridiculously loaded at edge this year.
 
I have zero complaints since we did as I put in the prediction page.

If there was going to be nit-picking, I would say lack of a more consistent pass rush in the entire game. And I thought our receivers made some great catches on throws that were slightly behind them, whereas we usually had a lot of drops the last few seasons.

Again, that is really super nit-picking. We are as complete a team as we have had in many years. Stay focused on the weekly opponent and treat them all the same, beat them into submission!
