I hope we aren’t pulling a “Richt” and going 1 vs 2s going into a big game because that’s gonna get us beat.

The first teamers must be challenged this week in order to simulate game speed / top notch skillsets as much as possible

1s vs 2s ain’t gonna get it done. Any insight from the insiders?

Anyone who’s a fan of this program knows the answer to this.
 
All fall we been going 1 vs 1. This week we go against scout team. So yes, this is not CMR era, this is CMD era. We been going 1 vs 1.

Yup, most of camp was ones vs. ones. Makes sense to switch to game prep now though -- not sure why you would risk injury and sacrifice the ability to run UF-geared practices just to go "good-on-good" this week.
 
Its usually a little bit of both, but for game prep it has to be 1s v socut team because they have to run the opponents plays. Our 1st team Offense is not running UF plays and vice versa. Thats the point of building depth so your 1st and 2nd teamers get a quality "look" in practice.

You think JJ would sit back and say nothing if that was the case? Just off the reporting from practices the OF went up against the first team D everyday so far.
