Anyone here think the players are still "buying in"?

I think Gorlden lost the locker room on this one. I can see the players folding up under any sign of adversity going forward. That last drive for Cincy showed me everything I need to see about the heart of a Gorlden corched team.

4 games in and the whole season is a ******* wash already.

It is not great to be a Miami Hurricane right now. Not at all.

Well then we have big problems. If this team quits, the players are going to get hurt. Particularly in the next 3 games.

Do you think that the players laugh at him when he tells them that he wants them to be like McDonald's cheeseburgers?

Doubtful that the team was lost tonight, it could've even been a case of them looking ahead to next week. With the personal ties to the FSU players, I'm sure the smack talk back and forth had already begun.

They did come out and shut Cincy's offense down in the second half. They knew they were in a dogfight, regrouped, but then we couldn't do much ourselves either. They got up by the final margin,we drove, but couldn't get it done. It isn't as if there was some monumental crash and time unfortunately wasn't on our side. The failure to get a field goal and going for it on fourth deflated the team.

Now I know it goes with your agenda to say they don't buy in, he's lost the team, but I bet that isn't the case yet. Get the doors blown off this next week, then you may be correct.

seriously though, can you imagine a kid from liberty city or goulds listening to that cheeseburger/don't rise to the occasion crap?

Lulz... They went in hoping for them to lay down. Miami shot themselves in the foot with the clip on the opening drive. Then, Cincy punched them in the mouth and they all quit. It was over after that ridiculous run up the middle and lost the lead for good.

Al Golden recommended buying Lehman Brothers stock in the spring of 2007.

Why wouldn't anyone want to buy into his ideas???

Nope. They didn't play hard after the last 4th down in the end zone. I think they have lost faith in the staff

does it really matter if they're not buying in at this point. they're poorly coached and the scheme isn't conducive to winning for this team. buying in or not.

Fathom the coach who tells his players not to rise to the occasion and trust his ****** pillars.

Thought I was the only one who heard that..... That **** there..... A coach who doesn't want u to rise to the occasion.... Worst coach ever

Nah, it doesn't really matter. I just don't feel that they laid down at any point last night.

They laid down and spread their legs for that very last Cincy drive when they were running the clock out. No question in my mind at all.

His team quits on him all the time. He doesn't "have" the team, so, technically, he can't lose them. They just go through the motions. Been that way for years.

The level of sympathy I have for the current roster of players cannot be over-stated.

LMAO! @ FSU blowing the doors out deflating our seaon.

What part of "We just gave up 57 consecutive points to draw a play in the dirt, make $h!t up as you go offenses" don't ya'll understand? Do we have a chance against offenses that look the same on game day, as they do on film?...sure...but it doesn't work that way.

How many times do you have to hear Golden's DUM@$$ say, "They did things we never saw before Joe", to realize He's a DUM@$$?...huh?...how many?

These MFers gameplans have barely, or haven't worked, for the last 12+ quarters, and 180+ minutes of football...FUQ! make ya'll think they're gonna work for the last 32(+) quarters, and 1920(+) minutes of this season?......FOH!...it's OVA!
