Any quick fix (as in 2018) for the OL?

One thing will never change for football- it is predicated on the run. Our oline cannot run block, across the board. If Richt or anyone thinks a fullback will solve this problem they are delusional. Darling is just plain lazy. Big Vaughn needs to play with more aggression. Both tackles lack power and athleticism. We need a center with power, these cats get pushed back to easily. I don't know how they are training the OL, but they better teach run blocking technique.

If any staff changes are made I’d vote Searles off the island. Or, add a 10th coach that plays an OL assistant role.

Just got to develop the young o line as they get older and stronger it will be moderately improved next season.

Lt: Herbert, brown
Lg: Gaynor, dyksta
C: Gauther, scaife
Rg: Donaldson, reed
Rt: St.Louis, hillery

Last years OL class was incredible. It's about developing those guys.

2018 kids just aren't gonna be able to help that fast on the line.

I'm not sure they're incredible, but yes the quick fix comes from Donaldson, Gaynor, Dykstra, Hillery and Herbert being a year older and having a year of college S&C under their belts. Plus any monster OL we recruit this year who can repeat what Donaldson has done in 2017.

McDermott has no business playing LT at the U. Darling is soft. Gauthier is a stop gap guy who gets mugged on any short yardage situations. St Louis is bang average. Really it's a miracle we've done anything with that group.

St. Louis? Next season is over in that case before it even started..

Not having the defense know what you're about to do would probably help the unit.

It's pretty shocking how predictable the offense has gotten in certain down and distance situations.

Honestly, it's so obvious. There's NO motion, NO confusion from our offense. They just line up and THINK they can out talent HEART and FIRE.

The play calling needs to change, plus the OL needs to get stronger or better with run blocking.
