Any props for DL Coach Stroud?

Phillips and Roche came by way of transfer which maybe dampening some of the love for Stroud. Roche was almost a finished product whereas Phillips was known to be a great talent who couldn’t stay healthy. So Stroud will never get appropriate credit for these two.

Nesta and Harrison are different stories. Nesta has developed into a budding start and Harrison has the tools to become big time by next year.
it will be fun to see what Taylor can do next year. He maybe too good to keep off the 2 deep.
Stroud has also done a nice job with Harvey and Cam Williams. Lots of good work by coach Stroud.

No way anyone keeps Taylor out of the 2 deep next year. Taylor is simply on another level talent wise. There is someone that I compare him to but I won't do that here for obvious reasons lol.

I can't predict the future in terms of which draft eligible players decide to enter the draft. What I do feel very comfortable saying is that what we have to look forward to on the DL with Cam Williams, Harrison Hunte, Elijah Roberts, Leonard Taylor, Chaz Williams, Quinten Williams, Jafari Harvey, Jabari Ishmael, Savion Collins(Stroud will develop him into a beast 1 tech) and Thomas Davis can be very special.

Props...

Our young guys look well coached and are really starting to flash. Very promising...
 
Very underrated. This group just gets better and better.If we keep it up we'll be back.
There is a common denominator with all the top teams, they are solid on the ol and dl.

He is a good coach , got to give props to manny Diaz ever since he been here as well, we have had great Dline play and most importantly great Dline coaching , Coach Kool was a great coach but couldn’t recruit Jess Simpson was also great , and now stroud is doing his thing, I expect us to have first round Dline men for years to come.

He’s also perfectly content coaching DL here as long as we will have him. My guess is he’d prefer to end his career here. Good low maintenance veteran football coach.
 
Let's not forget who brought the d-line respectabilty back, 1st it was coach richt coming in, going back to the 4-3 and having an understanding that the **** coach diaz was running would actually work here and, mack brown wasn't having it, cause he didn't understand the fundamentally flawed chaotic defense coach diaz was trying to run, mack brown is old skool, so he gave manny the axe with the quickness. Than coach richt brought in coach overrated Kool( good pass rush teacher, terrible run stopper coach) than coach richt upgraded from him and of course brought in jess simpson, you could see from the early practices of spring our run defense was going to be much improved. Than now coach diaz brought in his guy coach stroud while jess was still in the fold, jess said no problem, I see what's going on, let me make it easy for you, and dipped out. In comes coach stroud, and with how the internet is just a push button away for alot of people, recruits understand, coach stroud coached a player that went #1 overall in the draft, they know they in real good hands. Whereas jess simpson was an unknown and had no real resume of developing NFL talent at the college level, although he seemed to actually have the know how.

Plus guys understand again, this is a team game, the more you stay fresh, the better you will perform, same thing with our running backs room, this is how coach hickson is starting to stack backs, he's the best runningbacks coach we've had since coach soldinger particularly with pass-pro, any way, we been giving coach stroud his just due, many are just catching on late.

Let‘s not get ahead of ourselves. Once we play a team a pulse we will know where we measure up or down. Clemson will be the standard next week. You can break out your knee pads for those coaches whose units perform well, if you wish, and bash those who get beaten up. Wait and see!

Why are you trying to bring me into this circle jerk session. I am trying to not comment until after signing day. Recruits and their families read this board why would you try to provoke a public negative response from me. I have read this thread several times and don't need @ me to draw my attention so please to try an add something positive to the board rather than sow discord.
