Herb Waters isn't a player?

Should have been targeted twice as much last season, and should still be getting more looks this season.

He's a player!

And as I posted in a Berrios thread before the season, this staff is playing with the financial futures of these players by giving game time and targets to the players they like, over the players who are really ready to deliver.

Scott, Coley, and Waters is a talented group on the outside. And the more they play together, the better they play together.

The same people saying Herb is a bum are the same ones who said Dorsett was a bum and the same ones who have been saying Coley sucks.
 
Be nice if doubters can see him succeed on 3rd down or any down in the red zone.

Herb looks pretty solid. I'd like to say he'd be drafted anywhere as early as the 3rd round, but more likely 5th round in the draft this year.
 
He is a very good player. coley makes this receiving team with his speed. Scott is an nfl WR.
