What do you use to make these?

It's all open source stuff I do on my phone. The app is called Kinemaster, everything else is just finding gifs/photos on Google, removing the backgrounds and layering. Some Some them are a real pain in the *** and I'm not proud to admit how much time I've spent on them, others are pretty easy and don't take more than a couple minutes. Just do it for ***** and giggles. LSU Freak, I am not.
