Would kill it with this talent. The problem lies with the following:

That OC would have to get rid of mediocrity like Jon, Searels and Hartley. That is something CMR is not gonna let that happen. So we are fugged

Mark Donofrio of offenses. If changes are to come it won’t be until after the bowl, but we all know how this story goes. Nothing will change and Blake James will continue to do nothing about it
 
I said it last night on another thread, CMR needs to put his pride aside and do what is best for the program. His priority needs to be to the program, not his son or any of the other coaches. I'm sure it'd be difficult to demote or dismiss his son as our QB coach, but making tough decisions is part of being a HC. I think it's pretty evident that we need to hire a new OC, and replace our QB and OL coaches. They're just not getting it done. Our stagnant offense can be directly attributed to the play-calling, lack of QB development, and inconsistent OL play.

Fully agree on this. There could be a big issue on the licker room that could let this team with one QB on roster by January and lot of disgusted players. Just look around and see the offennsive play calling in the state, why would you come here if you are in the bench behind inferior talent or onvthe field not being used? Absurd
