Antrel Rolle's Sean Taylor Story

Richt would suspend the entire 2001 team for skipping classes if he was there. Sean T was late to a meeting too?!?!?! Richt would have kicked him off the team for that after he skipped the class to hang out under the tree.

D*mn, those were the good ol days. Watching #26 roam and terrorize the field was a thing of beauty. R.I.P. G.O.A.T.

Richt would have went 10-2 with the 2001 canes.

That is only if the AD stepped in and refused to allow him to suspend and kick off players. Most likely we would have to forfeit the season for having not enough eligible players. However, with no suspensions or kids getting kicked off he would still go 10-2.

Great story. Thanks to the OP for posting it. It was awesome watching #26 dominate games (especially against FSU) & taking heads off. What a special talent he was. We have been fortunate to watch so many great DBs over the years. Sean was likely the most physically gifted of them all & clearly one of the best ever at his position. Tragic that his life was cut short but he'll always be remembered in the hearts of Canes fans.
