Antonio Calloway

I like Gosier'd upside although he is really raw. Spence is just meh to me. I see nothing that suggests that he is ever anything than a depth player here.

I'm just glad we lead for Galloway

I'm tellin you. Ice better lock these guys up. Calloway and Davis, cause they are gonna blow the **** up!

Walton just a beast.

Clarington looking nice on D.

Alexander could be a steal for FIU.

I didn't see as much from Walton. I watched a good part of the game, but not all. He seems like a nifty back, but I only remember one run for any distance at all. Keep in mind I didn't see the whole game. I am less than thrilled that he's a smaller back. I prefer bigger backs, although I like them with good feet and vision, ability to make cuts, and elusiveness. He seems to have that. Maybe he'll be around 200-210 by the time he's in college.

I only saw one impressive play from Calloway, but it was very impressive (the kick return.)

Has Clarington given up on being a TE? I couldn't tell whether he was even in the game on offense. BTW seemed to be using 4 WRs the whole time, and maybe no TE.

Alexander seemed to be throwing much more to other receivers than Calloway, although I think I remember at least one pass.

BTW is not as good a team as it was last year, though still good.

They crashed down on Walton all night, thats when the qb finally pulled the ball he took off . Callaway is a beast and we need him that is for sure. 2 games on the road in one week will wear down a teams especially playing the game two hours late on a soggy field. The Wing T that tucker runs doesnt give you much time on the clock once they get a first down or two.

So what's the deal with Callaway? I see him predicted to UF on 247.

Those "scouts" for UF never met a recruit who they didn't predict would go to Gainesville. There are some very good Gator fans but after his recruiting antics then to have the gall to complain that Miami " turned in Joker Philips".....Muschump going down the crapper brings a smile to my face.

Wouldn't be shocked if Gosier ends up at rush end. 6'6", 220, and good explosion, wouldn't be shocked to see him get up to 250 while keeping his explosion.

Agree with everything you said. I'm surprised at how light the defensive lines for Central and BTW looked. Skinny guys all across the line. Now, it could be watching the stream is deceptive, and they're bigger than I thought. Still, they have very quick defenses. BTW had more trouble when Tucker would run up the middle on them.

I think the announcer said Central had to fly to Atlanta and bus to Birmingham. That is crazy. Did BTW bus to Atlanta? I guess these teams have very little money for travel. There seem to be more and more interstate games now. In the '80's, there were some, but it seems like there are a lot more now.

This four game tournament in Atlanta had some sponsors, I think, including FoxSports. I wonder if the sponsors defrayed travel cost. Did they even stay in motels? I wonder if they drove up the day of the game without staying overnight, also starting the second half after midnight. It's obviously going to take more out of a visiting team that has to travel like that.

i heard they bused from Miami to ATL like 13 hours back to back week on the road and a game that started two hours late on a soggy field. That game was live on fox sports florida on direct tv. BTW is always smaller but they all fly to the ball like swarm of Bees

This game was a sloppy mess due in part to soaked field condition. This fact negated BTW's bread & butter ( quick strike passing attack ) all night long. Mo Alexander had trouble gripping the ball all night long. Tucker's coach put 8 & at times brought 9 to stuff Walton who still grinded & got his. I see Calloway as a Kevin Beard type player ~ Steady ~ Strong Hands ~ Tough as Nails ~ Quality route runner, but not a wow athlete at the college level. IMO he is a take, because you need a variety of WR's in a balanced tempro offense.
