uf wasn't exactly a good program when he committed to them. they were actually worse than us. unless the kid was more into the UF admin vs ours but that's a reach.

Florida was AMAZING when he committed there.

We've never been able to keep every kid, especially the marquee player, home. Butch would tell you this. When he was recruiting coordinator for JJ, we still whiffed on some kids. Of course, I'm not sure we really wanted all the kids who were so highly rated.

Howard would have told you the same thing.
