Anti-Cristobal Banner for the UVA game?

I'm a little nervous leaving this hire up to the BOT without the fan base letting them know how anit-Cristobal we really are - I don't know if it's a banner, but we need to make this clear somehow. If this guy is hired as our coach......I don't have the words. This can't happen.
 
At this point any banners will just stop coaches from wanting to come to the U. It will make the U job less attractive.

With the trend of coaches turning us down, why you want the fan base to look like delusional fans who can get coaches fired is beyond me.

If you guys really do feel like you have some sort of power doesn't it come with some responsibility?

The media would blast us for something like this which would also be used against us in the recruiting war.

I know you guys are basically delusional and are only going to see it from one side but ****... wake up people... wake the F up.

My suggestion would be once again... get a baseball bat and hit yourselves in the head as hard as you can or walk up stairs and knock real hard so your mom will come unlock the basement door and ask her nicely to slap you across the face as hard as she can. Both of these methods could very well knock some sense back into your heads and we can start being normal fans who support their program once again.

QFT. Also, if we play up the "traitor" angle it doesn't seem as harsh (for those of you worried about alienating other candidates, which is silly but I digress).

Out of the last 3 HC hires, and 3 AD hires, a simple coin flip could have likely gotten us 1 good HC and 1 good AD. Instead, using the genius of the BOT, we got ZERO.

Good! Even more reason to do it. It would guarantee a Butch hire if no one else wants the job.

Delusions... If they are really going consider Butch and its not just some BS we are hearing. I still have my doubts, hiring a Miami legend who is in his 60s could be a threat to Blake's job. These coaches that don't want to go away often start eyeing the AD position.

Also Butch needs to convince coordinators to come on the cheap and he will be waiving that AHC title with it.

If your really that passionate about it ... strip down to your boxers and run across the UNC field carrying your own banner.

I would give you props for that but not for trying to force the media into pushing your own amateur agenda on the program.

Take no chances. A Cristobal hiring likely means Coley stays on as OC....it would basically be the final nail in the coffin of this once proud program.

I agree, mission accomplished. Move on, the guys emailing the BOT is enough. Especially with the recent Barry Jackson article claiming Cristobal has had no contact (Barry usually gets inside info, way more reliable than others).

LOL, half the posters in this thread attacked those who flew banners. Go back to discussing which recruits had lunch with which commits and leave changing the university to those whom know how.

A bunch of spoiled Tad Foote 2.0 snobs in Coral Gables throwing old money at banners with the delusion you are part of the decision process. Unless you have 7 figures to drop your banner brigade just makes us look like a clown show. It's embarrassing!

Par for the course. Delusional people typically don't have the ability to see the greater good and lack moral judgments. Its all about them and nothing else. I am pretty sure you think the Hurricanes only exist for your benefit. You likely also think that you would be the best coach, ad, president and MLB and you just cant understand why the world doesn't rely on you more.
