Like I said, the narrative of “counting losses while glossing over wins” has been a long narrative since some on this board were even fans. Since Randy Shannon, til this day it’s the same narrative. It amazes me, quite honestly.

The coaches seem like they recruited only sfla studs that were actually trash most of the time. And when you watch the film it’s like wtf were we thinking (in hindsight) like how could we not see it then? Now I can see it, started following in 08 cause espn was glazing over us having the number one class. I thought these were the greatest players ever out of HS because of that ranking and what Miami put in the league previously. Truth is they were *** and bama was about to start getting the kids we used to get.

Recruit the best nationally and get the best in sfla. Something we still can’t do for some reason.
