Another year, another lost season

Kind of on topic, but...I was thinking who are the most frustrated college football fan bases.
There are obviously a huge number that could make this claim. I don't really think those that are non-competitive fit the bill.
UTEP, Central Michigan, Akron, UMass, Kansas (although they have had some moments). We are not that, so it is hard to compare with those fans.
Is it the top end that can't get over the final hurdle? Tennessee? Penn State? Nebraska? Wisconsin?

There were a few candidates up until recently. Michigan and UGA have won some stuff.

Who are the most frustrated fan bases? I think Miami fans have got a good claim in the last 15-20 for it to be them (not that I want this award).

I just have never supported a team in any sport where we are so much more talented, often heavy favourites, but continue to lose in the same fashion (penalties, turnovers, melt downs, gutless coaching) at the same time of the year. As I was not following in 90's and 2000's (I'm Australian, and started following in 2009), the best year I remember was either last year, until it wasn't, or the destruction of WVU in the bowl game year. I am also a believer that you don't have to win a Nat. Championship to have a good season, and don't really agree with the playoff, but that is a separate argument. But either way I don't feel like we need to run the table and win for it to be a good year. 10 wins last year didn't feel good, and 10 wins this year wont either.

I regularly wake up at 3am to then ruin my entire day. I have been awake now for 18 hours and it takes so long to get the stench off of each game.
