If all this is true, Richt seems to be trying to pick up a lot of local guys for the last few position coaches. This, I would think, would help recruiting.

As long as they can get the job done, it sure doesn't hurt to have guys with deep ties to the community. (Not sure I trust Cristobal, however.)

I went to Columbus played football there when Mirabal was the OL coach there...bad bad dude so Dont let the size fool you. Have no clue if he's a good coach or not but our line was whatever back in 93 and 94 when I was there.
