Mario gonna have to start developing a coaching bench. Can't keep scrambling for a coach. The young and ambitious coaches are no different than young players trying to make it. Hire a position coach and then a couple GA's to develop. Sooner or later, the staff too going to have to be just like the roster, "next man up".

If you hire good people at what they do and let them do it.....You will win a lot of game and you will lose those good people. The last couple years of Mario hires has been hits. Those staff members not leaving for lateral jobs, our people are leaving for promotions. Good for them I say.

Now we just need Mario to keep elevating and finding those people who are good enough to leave us for a promotion.

Honestly i don't know how JT is still here. I just think he loves Miami. Played there his whole career, his family is there, doesn't need the money, not an ego thing or success thing, loves the work aspect, and just really is a good coach. He is Miami and Miami loves him.
