The ol isn’t great but a lot of the hits , sacks and pressure are his own fault.

Most QBs look over the d , look for where the blitz is coming from. Then either have ol slide protection , move a back / te over to chip or audible to quick a throw into the vacant spot left by blitzer. This dude looks right at the blitzer , makes no adjustment and then takes sweet time in drop. Holding onto it too long.

It’s mind boggling , there no kindve of pre snap adjusting going on majority of the time. Just take snap, make one read then get sacked or tuck and run.

From top to bottom he’s arguably one of the worst qbs I’ve seen. From tangibles , intangibles and just football smarts.

Then mix in no touch , or throwing a guy open.

I can’t think of one thing he does even above average at the position , inconsistency is the only thing he’s consistent at.

Like I’ve said , the qb play can’t get worse , he is what he is. Please quit wasting these young guys snaps on him.

As much as our coaches try to make it seem like he understands the nuances of the game and is so far ahead of the other QBs in that regard it couldn’t be any further from the truth and he doesn’t display any type of mastery of the offense that would make you even think that.

We need a new Oline, OC coach. A good offensive coordinator can hide your offensive weaknesses and bring out the best of the players. We've seen it time and time again through all of college football when a coach gets fired and a new coach takes the job and takes the offense to a different level. Did I mention we need a new QB coach as well?
