Not necessarily a rising coordinator as he's been around for awhile, but someone like Mark Mangino is
currently doing OC work at Iowa State.
Solid coach....he would do well at UCF.

Also, Everett Withers (JMU) and Joe Moorhead (Fordham) may be worthwhile candidates to look at.

Yeah, and he still resigned (or forced out). Just comparing the situation to ours. Needless to say, O'Leary will be remembered for bringing some good years to UCF (****, I never thought I'd see them win the Fiesta bowl).
