Andy Reid is older than Richt

Eric Bienemy is who you want for head coach if you want the Chiefs offense.
No one should necessarily want the Chiefs offense. Everyone should want flexibility and continuous adaptability. Football is more and more a game of very subtle advantages and processing information quickly. Most of the time, we're currently just lining up and trying to beat teams.

It's not about specific plays or "if we just add motion" (though once again you saw two of the best offenses in the world use multiple motion on a single play), but about a philosophy of continuously adjusting to create advantages. As someone intelligently explained on this board, you can build a house with just a hammer, but why? I'd have to see it from this offensive staff to believe it. More than just a wrinkle here and there.

This.

And this again.

Mark Richt spent last night's game whining incessantly about missing how football used to be played.

He made it to the big game and coached a team in the super bowl

As an Iggles fan (i'm from Philly, I'm a hardcore die hard Eagles fan) I laughed at this. Laughed hard. 5 NFC appearances, one SB appearance under Andy, and a lot of NE clam chowder still on the field, horrible 2 minute drills in games that matter most.
I see the parallel with Andy and Mark Richt.

Here's the difference. First, I believe in my heart of hearts Mork Rich wouldn't make it a whole year coaching in the NFL. Second, after Andy's last year in Philly, he had to change A LOT. He realized he couldn't be HC and the GM of a pro team and left the control to an actual GM when he got to KC. Third, he at heart made it to the big dance.
Fourth, Andy wants TO WIN. He now sees that sense of urgency and doesn't want to be another Marty Schottenheimer, great regular season coach, horrible playoffs coach.
Fifth, Andy Reid, despite his 2 minute drill shortcomings, is still a coach, who adapts. Mork Rich is a CORCH.

I don't disagree. He still is not a championship winning HC. A good one yes. An unlucky one perhaps. One that remains without a ring.
True but he’s build two really really good teams from scratch basically, hires good staff and has come close even though he’s never had an elite QB .... if he doesn’t win a ring with mahomes then that would be a black mark on his career

Rather be fun to watch and lose than boring as **** and lose.

I don't know.

Coaches like Reid get so close for the fans, only to break their backs like Bane and Batman with big moment losses.

At least with Richt, most feel strongly he will never make a legitimate run at a Natty from this point forward.

Hope I'm wrong, I suspect Richt proves me right.

LMAO
Reid ain't won **** and you tools would be *****ing about his w-l record if he were at the U.
Cane fans truly are the WOAT.

He'd lose 2 games and you'd complain about the innovation. "Why can't we just throw a normal screen pass". GUARANTEED

Richt is a Religious man and Religious people usually see signs:

First sign:
Our TE's going down and we are forced to go spread. We immediately look like a different team and spread the ball around to 12 different receivers
Second Sign: The most anticipated MNF game in history pitting two of the most prolific offenses in NFL history square off in an absolute shootout of Offensive genius. 1 coach being 32 and the other 60.

I hope Richt is taking notice.....

this right here. I'd even add a second point to your point which is wanting flexibility and continuous adaptability by using the correct personnel is also as imperative. Yeah, let's run a swing screen to Cager and have JT/Harley block for him or Langham on a crossing drag route - it's that kind of stuff, while in theory works, the whole execution of it is a disaster because of personnel.
