You can’t have it both ways. We all say here that we’re “TEU”, even though the coaching changes constantly. But nope, no matter what, we deserve all the tight ends.

And that’s fine.

But you can’t turn around and say LSU shouldn’t get any receivers because of Brian Kelly. Who produces WR’s better than LSU? Not many schools. So it’s gotta be one way or the other.

However, the first part of your post I agree with 100%. People who think any coach would keep every single elite SFL kid home are beyond incorrect. Some kids will always leave. Just the way it is. The goal should be to evaluate them properly, identify the ones who will develop into stars, and keep as many of those as you can.

Agree 100000%…We didn’t get them all when we ran CFB so it’s hard to think we’d get them all now at least not until they see all this hype come to fruition….If we lose Jean. As much as I’d gate too, then I have faith that Mario and his crew of recruiting bandits will find someone else as good if not better…Not worrying about recruiting anymore…

If it’s between Miami and UF, think we all know the answer

Don’t think I’ve made it secret that this is my guy this cycle. Perhaps some other dudes are more naturally gifted (physical attributes), but this dude is a pro masquerading as a High School junior.
He’s one of the best route runners & natural hands catchers in the Nation.

It’s very rare to see a HS WR understand the nuances of Stemming their routes from Inside/Outside leverage, especially in South FL where kids just run 9’s & Bubbles all day. He actually runs Pogo’s & Sluggos, Comebacks, Hitches, Digs, Posts & Corners. His route sophistication is next level for a HS WR.

Whatever he lacks in raw speed he more than makes up for with next level separation creation with his footwork.

Then he has giant flytrap hands that snatch the ball out of the air, regardless of his ranking he’s a really really good WR.

How serious is UF as a contender here
