Edison kid who only played for about one full year. 6-5, 250 and is signed with Arizona Western JC. Interviewing him today but has legit interest in Miami and the staff knows about him. He will be one to monitor

DUH!!! Is there any sane reason, besides possible grades, that we didn't offer this guy or has Randy already got him looking like a gator?

I don't think he got any offers due to his lack of experience. At least Rivals and ESPN don't list any. Couldn't find a 247 profile either. Anyone know what his grades were like too? I'm just assuming it was the lack of experience.

Will he need both years at Juco, or could he transfer after one year and have 4 to play 3?

I wish this kid would go the prep school route then decide on whether on JUCO is for him because then he would get an additional year of coaching which will also allow him to redshirt once he does sign with a FBS school thus giving him a potential of 6 years worth of coaching (5 at miami if he comes back to south florida) along with S&C which he needs badly based on 53 sparq rating. 5.32 40yd time, 4.82 sec shuttle, 24" vertical, and 33ft power ball which sounds like he did with no type of training since this was his first year playing football.

Where as going the JUCO route only really give him 4-5 years of coaching. Hopefully his grades are in order and he is a full qualifier that only needs the JUCO on field development.

Go Canes

The kid is a scrapper. The coach said that is why he is going JUCO and will go big time, which is interesting considering this video was made last spring before his senior year.
