I think it's a mistake to not offer him. Kid does extremely well against south Florida completion. Well respected, highly recruited with big time offers. All the major sites have him as a 4 star prospect, top 20 at his position. 6"2 maybe 6"3 can probably get his weight to 245. Having him on board will not hurt and if Ohio state, LSU, Florida coaches think that he can play there, he can play here.

None of those schools want him.

Yeah you're right. That's why they sent him his official offer. Fact is that come signing day he will be signing with a major power 5 school. Why shouldn't it be Miami. He's productive, Adds depth, it's not like he can't play ball here. This isn't a package situation. The kid can play.

This is an argument I can agree with. Not the package deal crap. My only problem is why Kool hasn't offered him? If we see Kool as the god coach of the DL, shouldn't we trust that if he hasn't offered the kid, its because he sees better options elsewhere or down the line?

its just a good way to end the bleeding too. AH Pipeline , than don't have a concerns with Nesta and lock down Tyson.

So Kool should offer a guy nobody on the staff, including himself, wants because some twink from Atlanta thinks it's a good idea.

Sounds legit.
.
some times you do stuff tactically. RS Bulk him up move him inside than you create the AH pipeline and cut the turds throats. Coach done proved if you cant contribute you will be asked to leave. My guess it will not matter if you are 5 star or you have 0 stars. Depth at DT is a must

So guy a lot of people are talking about as a possible linebacker, you're saying bulk him up and turn him into a DT. Do you actually read the stuff you write before you post it?

you saw what happened as soon as LSU and tOSU both saw where offering him wasn't going to bring NESTA and TC...They forgot he existed.

The guy making the decision who has NOT offered him because he HAS Nesta committed and the staff feels comfortable about TC knows he doesn't have to use him to lure the other two.

it's crazy to think that this guy(kool) has sent numerous guys to the NFL with his tutoring and evaluations but yet the CIS guru's know more than him...I'm just wondering why these guru's don't have jobs at P5 schools. With all of their supposed talents you'd think there would be schools standing in line to hire them. **** I'm surprised CMR doesn't kick Kool to the curb and hire these brilliant people......

Chatfield as a bargaining chip for Silvera and Campbell has proven to be ineffective, so why would UM offer him if they don't think he's good enough to play here? You guys make no sense.

UM shouldn't have to get involved in that nonsense. Way too much talent locally to start messing with this stupid package deal ****.

Agree and that's been my stance as well.

I just don't understand the obsession with offering this kid. One of the best DL coaches in the country doesn't want him. He worked him out personally. Still no offer. Just move the **** on.

Offering Chatfield won't stop Campbell and Silvera from going through the recruiting process and taking their visits. It's obvious they want that. It would be great if they just closed up shop, but this is the real world.

Honestly, I see no difference between Chatfield and Joyner.

Joyner is faster, twitcher, longer, more versatile, and fits our scheme better. A DC/LB coach that has proven to know what he's doing and the best DL coach in the country are prioritizing him and refuse to offer Chatfield. That's the difference

Apparently Coach Brock disagrees with this

These other schools want nesta, campbell, and surtain. Osu played that same angle that uf is now playing.

He still has time to earn an offer. If one comes, that's for kool to decide. If we miss on some big targets, then I don't see the problem with giving him another evaluation after his senior year.

I think he's in a dangerous spot. He's being used as bait for Nesta and Ty. So now the manginas in Gainesville are going to try their hand at the package deal games. They have no real use for him and they won't invest in his development. He'll end up transferring wasting his eligibility.

I hope he can see through the bull$hit and understand that he really needs to go to a program that is a good fit for his skill set. Most likely a 3-4 LB, in my opinion.

Strategy, cut off the head of the snakes
