Having said that, I don't disagree with her much. Where I do draw the line is that every coach says stupid crap leading up to their season. Imagine a coach who says we don't have the horses to compete and you know this is going to take some time. They all say essentially the same thing getting suckers like most that post here saying dumb things in anticipation of the season.

If he was as calculated as he sold in the off season the calculated move would have been to sell this as a rebuild. You set the expectation. That only motivates the players as well. I would have built my teams attitude on this as well. Constantly tell them nobody thinks we can win now. What are you going to do to show that we can now?

instead it was boats and hoes and we are great, we just need an OC to get to Charlotte.

He has made so many bad decisions it’s almost funny.

We should talk about running off certain players. Absent a satisfactory explanation, I don't see how we can ever trust D.J. Ivey again.--ever.

Why was he sitting there while the gunner/receiver ran past him and caught the TD pass unchallenged?

Did he not get the play call? Miss a signal?....seems like he blanked out mentally. A guy with that tendency should not be playing. He should be shown the door at the end of the season.

and assembled this awful staff , arguably from HC on down the worst in College football. Awful response with rebuild
just like the turnover chain----- fake swag....
Blake James need to be held accountable for this decision as well after a 4 hour national search for Temples 3rd or 4th choice for the job. we have the talent to be an 7,8,9 win team favorable schedule. how do you beat UVA # 20 and lose to Va.Tech and Ga.Tech........

FWIW... there are some major college fans whom say the ACC Coastal is the absolute WEAKEST division among the Power 5 conferences.

This is exactly what Mendenhall said a year ago outright. He was frank about it and now he’s building something at Virginia with 2 and 3 star recruits. Diaz is not the guy
