It's all good, baby! I ain't no tourist, but unfortunately some of my recent trips to Miami have been brief, so I haven't had the chance to drive all over the place.

Calle Ocho is near the airport, and Sanguich has gotten consistent ratings from Michelin. I've enjoyed it every time I've been, but if I want a more complete Cuban meal, I'll have to go elsewhere. Next time I'm in the 305 for longer, I'll be happy to go to any place you secretly tell me about in the DM's!

PS, For the second year in a row, I was at Prime 112 with a (Cubano) friend who is the Tax Director for a corporation in Miami, and he told he that I'm an honorary Cuban. Plus, I took a bunch of the guys over to Espanola Cigar Bar after. Late night.

My wife calls that Cuban by injection…she’s a small town southern girl. People meet us for the first time and think she’s the Cuban 😂- she grew up in Miami…parents left SW Virginia for brighter horizons in the 60’s and landed in Miami Springs, little did they know that there was a young boy on the other side of the river (Hialeah) that would steal her away.

They have been going at it since Ferman put out someone would commit after first OV (can’t remember who it was) and EJ called him out saying he doesn’t do that and take away a kids show that didn’t want it out there.
EJ is not Ferman’s employee- hired by Rivals.

California is on a completely different distribution system is always higher plus yes the taxes are higher, but the baseline is also higher. Plus different formulations for smog.

I’ve just started reading Rivals again and was wondering how long this back and forth has been going on. I was legit upset when On3 was poaching all the teams sites that they went with Gary over the 247 crew, but EJ has been killing it. Wonder how long On3/Rivals will allow this situation to continue.

Tinta y Café in the Gables, Luis Galindo’s Latin American in west miami, Las Olas Cafe on South Beach are all sandwiches I’ve really liked. And you know us Judios, we know lechón with the best of them. 🤣 Some recommended places I don’t agree with like Enriquetas. I don’t particularly care for their cubano.

It’s been a long time since I was at Sergio’s and I’ve never been to Sanguich or Serussi but I’ll cede to whatever @TRick72 likes. @PIPO too - a fellow Rican and an honorary Cuban. Lol
