We went through something similar with Darren Krein 30 years ago despite the fact we lied to him on several issues.

Actually feel sorry for these kids. (Unless you get a lot of bags).

It's been a dirty business for a long time.

3) Friend informed dad essentially impossible to break NLI, but there is an appeal process
4) Friend informed dad that, no, the team "looking like ****" is not grounds for an NLI appeal
5) Dad didn't seem happy and wanted to call back when supervisor was available
6) 2 hours later, supervisor reiterated everything friend said
7) Dad seemed resigned to son attending UM, muttered something about attorneys and politely hung up
8) I assure you 100000% my friend in no way would make this up

LOL....me too. had a friend call Blake himself and demand changes.....now there are rumors changes might happen.

So how were they recruited? “ hey guys come to Purdue get a great education, win 6 games, get your d*cks kicked in by osu mich and penn state every year. Get to a bowl game (maybe) and get your d*cked kicked in by an out of conference school” yea that’s how brohm probably recruits.
 
Just let the coaching staff know that if they hold his feet to the fire - he won't be showing up for practices.

If forced, he'll not participate in practices.

He doesn't want to be there, and they can waste everyone's time if they wish - but the easiest thing is to release him from his NLI.
