Only 3 things … David blay stop being offsides .. that’s was not roughing the passer … and the runner was in bounds a couple plays prior clock should have kept running on final drive .

Blay has done that multiple times over the season. He's literally the LAST person that should ever jump offsides as he's right over the ball looking at it and can see when it moves.
