uh b/c Miami is already a private institute and already isn't required to share information that publicly funded schools are? That being said, they are playing both sides on the limitation of liability - something we can not do as a private school.

Privatization makes it a lot tougher for a some reporter to scrutinize how you spend your money than just having to do a Google search and finding it as public record.
