Manny, can you PLEASE let the media watch/cover most of the practices of this team? It irritating following this team and no one is allowed to cover it. You call the media watching 15 minutes of practice coverage? How are fans suppose to get an insight and be excited for this team and you don't show them anything? In a business sense, how do you expect people to buy something your selling and they barely get a preview of the product? We don't even have the spring game broadcast like most P5 teams.
I'm sick and tired of the secretive bullsh*t we've been doing for years here. How is that Ohio State, Auburn, LSU, Alabama let's their media cover basically the entire practice (raw video, articles) meanwhile we think we're smarter then everyone and hide everything that goes on with this team. Then y'all wonder why we don't sell tickets or show up. Listen, this is Miami this the worse place to pull that BS because the fans aren't going to blindly buy in and show up on game day with no excitement about the team what so ever. Y'all hide everything, give us some BS 30 second practice highlight, ask for money, then say here's the team then we find out the team is trash.
Another change I want to see is 1 vs 1. We need competition across the board. We aren't stacking like Alabama so of course the 1s will look good playing against the 2s. There is a big gap between 1s and 2s here talent-wise. At Alabama this concept works but here? We need real competition. Injuries happen it part of the game. You shouldn't water down the competition level of practice because your scared of someone getting hurt in 1s vs 1s rep.
