What is the point of burning a redshirt on a kid who plays 50 snaps? Mcintosh abosutely should have been a redshirt. If he becomes a superstar and leaves after three or four years, good for him and our program. However, the redshirt year gives him time to mentally and physically prepare for the game & the possibility of him coming back for a fifth year if he develops at a slower pace than expected.
