i think ridley is older than cooper lol

both SBB and Scarlet would have looked at UM more serious if Golden wasnt there.

SBB and Ridley openly said they would have come to UM if Butch were the coach. I think it could have been many other names than Butch too. Basically anyone other than Golden. I think Trayvon Mullen is the same way this year. Might be too late for him though.
 
If I'm a high school recruit, in FL or otherwise, and Bama wants me along with Miami...lulz it's not even a question.

Miami sucks right now but going to bama isn't some automatic slam dunk. they have 5 stars that play their whole career on special teams. Rueben foster just became a starter this year and already lost his starting position again. idk if SBB evens plays at all. remember tim williams? he just finally got some snaps and will most likely never start. bama is a strange place where a 3 star can start over you unless your play for the o line or d line. that's what makes them so successful. the emphasis on the trenches. that how you almost win every game with a rb playing qb like last year.
 
The exodus of talent will slow and kids should consider Miami more with a competent coach with a track record of winning, recruiting and developing talent (I know a guy... )
 
Actually Miami receivers do very well in College and the NFL. The problem is that we don't win. Trust that once we start winning kids will love to come

scarlett made a similar. People think Golden is a joke. the Swag 16 class is based n the fact those kids think Butch or someone else will be there coach.
 
I actually take it as a positive that the Canes are even in the mix for these guys. With our recent record, I'm surprised they even take visits here.
