I feel like it's been this way since Moffitt left. We lack the physical strength to get a consistent push at the LOS whenever we're on offense, and it really showed today IMO. If you compare our strength numbers to most elite D1 teams we are near the bottom in almost every category. I'm glad that we finally got a Nutritionist, but we have to get stronger as a team if we want to compete for Championships on a more consistent basis.

Our speed and quicks cover this up a lot, but I agree we are a physically weak team. We got manhandled in the trenches by UNC, UVA, PITT

Rosier hits those passes and we aren't looking so weak. Time after time, he missed. He is also the reason our backup QBs never got any playing time this year. Against every single team we should have mauled, he played like crap, thus costing backups any real playing time. He's basically Kenny Kelly out there, and we need a Dorsey. This team won't win anything meaningful without a QB that can hit open receivers. We get a QB in there that can hit those passes and our running game takes off. His inaccuracy cost us all year, and especially today.

I would't say weak but I never thought we were a playoff team. I posted this week that we may not win another game because IMO we haven't played a legit top 10 team all year much less one on the road. Look I had a blast this season and the program is clearly in good hands. Thats good enough for me this season.
 
Richt made the comment early to mid-season that we're not where we need to be - that this is not a team that can impose its will on people and that there was significant recruiting to be done. I think the coaches have been surprised at the 10-0 start. Everyone's certainly been happy about it and will take whatever we can get, but we've been living on the edge and any objective observer knows it.
 
Completely agree with Echtcane this could have easily happened last weekend or several weekends ago. We are not that good and we were due. Has been fun though
