Ever since the banner was flown, Al's been a lot more into the games and yelling as well as getting on people. The team is feeding off of it and it appears the coaches are too. There was a time today where he was screaming into his headset after a completion to Yearby and felt like Saban for a second (not comparing Golden to Saban). Glad he is feeling the heat as he has responded with energy, enthusiasm and effort.

Mark it down: we beat FSU in two weeks. I said it earlier this week, and I am reiterating the call.
 
Good observation him and his coaches grade will come from me at the end of the semester, and they are trending upwards.
 
Everybody keeps saying beat FSU.....that games not for 2 weeks. Lets discuss progress. This team is peaking at the right time and has a great chance to steal FSU's cookies and run the table. Lot to play for still and the staff has shown some progress on all 3 phases of the game. The test will be good comp.

We'll see. Thats all there really is to say.

Okay, progress.

If we beat FSU, that is progress (First time under Al).

If we beat FSU and run the table, we ACTUALLY improve in the ACC (since 2012), that is progress.

Once cannot tell if there is actual progress when we see the same OVERALL result the last 3 years.

No way we beat FSU and lose to UVA or Pitt. Because of the excess suckage at the start of the season by the staff, we have to run the table.

Maybe just maybe they have woken up from the slumber and philosophy of blame and excuse making, and start realizing u just go out there and punch people in the face all game....win or lose

Al's energy is contagious.

This is a team of destiny. I'll tell you this much. We might not make the 4 team playoff, but no one will want to play this scrappy group of overachievers at the end of the season.
