Let me get this straight you guys are questioning a guy who’s been on the job since June? Everything was in place when he arrived and wasn’t involved in recruiting , spring football or anything. Let’s have conversations about his job next season at this time. He’s not the OC , DC and I’m sure he’s evaluating and watching everything as the season progresses. I’m pretty sure he’s had a positive effect in the building and helping to bring a new culture.

Why should we hold Alonzo to a different standard than Mario. A lot here thought his mere presence alone would turn things around. This whole “ rebuild” is going to take awhile. This is what should have been done 10 years ago and we wouldn’t be in this situation.

Ran into Zo this past Sunday night at Hole in the Wall (the one by Dadeland). Never met him before, we spoke for a bit. Super down to earth and believe me, he feels our pain, disappointment, anger, etc. He absolutely knows this is not remotely close to Hurricane football. Won't get into many specifics but there is a plan in place. He made a promise that next year will definitely be completely different. Hey, maybe its just "coach speak" per se but I will give him the benefit of the doubt after speaking with him. Moreover, doesn't hurt that he's ACTUALLY involved. Let's see if it comes to fruition....one can hope!
