He single handedly kept AP to one of his worst rushing games of his career. He was everywhere yesterday. Always root for ex-Miami players when they play the Vikes
 
Good dude. Years ago someone on another forum gave me his email address and I sent him an email saying good luck this season, and he replied back and thanked me.
 
Good to see him play well, just disappointed he didn't get the break Throat Slash Teddy in half...
 
i remember watching that ESPN piece where they followed him around his hometown of tiny sapelo island...glad he's having success at the next level
 
i remember guys used to argue over if shannon was using him wrong in his 4-3 as to whether he should be a DT or an end full time he found a perfect spot as a 3-4 end in the league good for him

he and Calais Campbells are problems in the nfl....

Vernon is a solid dlineman as well....

we still have gave the league some solid dlineman...

Muhammad and Thomas will be better in the league than they were at Miami as well unless we are able to get them into a different scheme ASAP.

I met him when he came down to the spring game on his recruiting trip. I was staying at Shulas and he was in the lobby going in the restaurant to eat. He was a grown man then!!!

Yup, he played well here, decent at least. Bunch of fake *** fans took shots at him rather than seeing his potential was being wasted like a bunch of other should've been studs here.
