Pro Bowls. 176 #3 all time (4 behind #2 Notre dame who has 180). USC #1 with 223

Total NFL Games. 19508 #5 all time. Norte Dame #1 with 27305

Td's 1760 #2 all time. Norte Dame #1 with 1808

HOF 6. #8 all time. Norte Dame #1 with 13


Looking at these numbers there is no doubt that in terms of quality NFL players, Miami is unmatched.

Looks more like Norte Dame is unmatched...
 
Norte dame has been playing much longer than Miami. For Miami to be where they're at shows a lot of about the quality of players that have come thru.

Compare Miami's all time production at WR, DT, TE and S vs Norte Dame. Norte Dame is no match for Miami. The only position ND MAY have an edge is offensive line.

328 total players and 176 pro bowls while Note Dame has cranked out 557 for 180. In terms of quality Miami destroys Norte Dame by a wide margin.

Being ranked 10 in players, and higher in all the other categories speaks to the low bust rate, high relative productivity of canes.
 
Man that must go all the way back when it first started, cause I don't remember many Notre Dame players worth a ****.
