All the upsets we needed to happen sans VT (phags) happened.

We play better when disrespected. Praise is our enemy. Just keep winning and everything will be fine on selection day. We win out and the networks will demand Miami and the TOC.

Our problem is that VT sh*t the bed in Blacksburg last night.

You don’t get down to the one on the effing Domer and not punch it in.

ND is our roadblock to getting in, now that LSU lost to the Gatah, should we beat Clemson.
 
Honestly, Florida & Texas should be ahead of Miami. Both teams have two wins (TEX- USC, Okla, UF- Miss St, LSU)better than Miami’s best (FSU). All teams have one loss.

Miami will finish ranked higher at seasons end
 
To be real i dont care about the rankings at this point. We still have HUGE ISSUES on Special "ED" Teams and Oline. I just care about if we if show improvement each week. At this point we would prolly get beat comfortably by EVERYONE in the Top 4. Win out and we have a good chance to get in. But if we dont start gettting better play on ST and OL we aint winning out. Hate to say it but its true.
 
Funny how all of the LSU board lurkers have disappeared after their **** poor performance against UF. No reason they should have lost to UFag at all. Better team - but got outcoached by Mullet.

A quick dose of reality.

We'll only move up one or two max probably

Auburn, standard, and Kentucky will drop below us
Texas will jump I believe
 
We'll probably drop again this week. 3 top 10 teams lost, 2 of them sec teams so you know they wont drop far and they'll have texas and florida jump us.

Excellent point here , we all must keep in mind we are not “loved” in any way and this will unfold as described especially any SEC team.

I don’t like but your spot on.

Voters have already shown this year that they don't think we're any good. 1 point win over FSU will do nothing to change that. Not saying I agree with them, but I expect them to drop us.

#12 UCF plays nobody not better than Miami
#10 Washington overrated not better than Miami
#6 Notre Dame overrated not better than Miami
#9 West Virginia overrated not better than Miami
#15 Michigan overrated - not better than Miami

Technically should be closer to the top 5 based on these facts lol but I’d settle for 10.
 
I could care less right now about the rankings. So much football left to be played. We are not good enough to overlook anyone on our schedule. I see some potential dog fights. @BC @VT and after a huge win @UVA could be a tougher game than it should be. We have to win out which includes beating Clemson. Playoffs aren’t even in my thoughts right now. Just keep winning
 
We need LSU to beat UGA and lose to bama(home game next week for the tigers). Then we need bama to beat UGA in the conference championship. That makes bama the only SEC team because UGA and LSU will have 2 losses. We need OSU to go undefeated so we can have 1 Big 10 School. Assuming Notre Dame didn't lose the playoff would look like this:

1 - Alabama
2 - OSU
3 - Notre Dame
4 - Miami/Clemson assuming they both win out
