The NCAA transfer portal is rapidly creating a real need for J Edgar Hoover type files on high school athletes. You might not recruit a kid out of HS but could end up recruiting him 2 years later now. Likely won't have time to do full evals from scratch.


BTW - Does anyone know the NCAA rules on official visits while in the portal? Can hosting universities pay for those visits? Are they limited to 5 like HS & JuCo kids?
