Annnnd, I used to like the UA All American game, but The Army All American game chits on the UA game.

Honestly I think it’s flipped more the other way man. It used to be all the elite kids went AAA, now there are a lot more elite kids at UAAA.

Let Hartline sign 3 stars every year I wonder how good his sure thing development would be. Just like Jeff Scott wasn’t some genius of a WR coach when he signed Sammy Watkins, Deandre Hopkins, Tee Higgins. Sign elite talent year after year you will produce.

Just like Gattis wasn’t savant when he had Jerry Jeudy, Smith, Ruggs, and Waddle at Alabama.

I understand what you’re saying but in the recruiting game you work your way to the status. It’s not hartlines fault that 5 star kids call his phone rather than vice versa. Gattis didn’t land those Bama kids really and hartline really had to go out and get some of his guys originally

I get that. Remember when all our mid level 4* would be in the UAAA game though? We might end up with 1 top 100 kid at the AAA game. Now they both have legit talent. I can’t speak on production value, I’m just talking about talent wise it’s closer now.

Exactly; the UAA was thee game, but the Army game is show casing & have been doing this for a couple yrs now majority of the best of the best

Typically don’t watch these games anymore but I’m laid up for the weekend after surgery so I’m checking this one out. East QB’s look way better so far.
