All ACC Selections

Not much of a weed guy. I do like an occasional cigar.

I think you walked into a thread celebrating 10 players on achieving ACC honors and proceeded to facetiously comment sarcastically on our supposed lack of talent (notwithstanding 10 selections). I pointed out we had the same number and comparable quality of selections as the Duke team you cited in your post. You then claimed Duke had that many ACC selections because their coaches maximized talent (and implying Miami only had 10 selections because our coaches underutilized our talent).

So do ACC selections demonstrate a level of talent on the roster, or coaches putting their players in position to succeed? Or are you suggesting when Duke has (incredibly) 10 All ACC selections it's because of great coaching, but when Miami has (only) 10 All ACC selections it's because our coaches suck?
Went through the rest of the thread to see if he was capable of making an educated response to this post. Nada. You ran him off with this one 😂

So I see 4 of our players made the 1st 3 teams, one of whom is the punter (1st team).

A safety on the 1st team
A TE on the 2nd team
A CB on the 3rd team

With the Honorable Mentions, certainly good enough IMO to beat MTSU and maybe some others which is a reflection on the coaching but we’re not exactly swimming in talent either.

We could’ve won 3-4 more games with competent coaching in my fan opinion. That said, let’s see what changes occur on staff and in players.

Mallory gets a lot of hate but he really stepped up this season.
Mallory's completle inability to block or do anything outside of his receiving duties makes it a wash. The guy's liabilities resulted in so many negative plays.

His another one that gets unwanted hate but dude had a **** of a season. The only offensive guy that improved from the previous season.
