Alarming quote from Ferman in his Wedn. Update

Maybe this is part of a scheme by certain members/groups trying to derail football.if they can tear down a once great program like miami.they might start trying other universities too.what I'm trying to say is maybe there's a group of people with this being part of the agenda.

I get it. I’m not vouching for accuracy, I’m talking about organizational structure and the idea that these websites have a go to insider that drives discussion and interest. Pete was wrong plenty - watch the finish. Lol. But...

Right nowthere’s nothing here to fill the void that Pete left. As a result, we’ve got a flurry of ridiculous threads being started. People are desperate for information and will seize on anything.

im the guy who posted that thread. I have no dog in this race, but I will also add that the same source also correctly let me know that Dan Enos was one of the top candidates for OC back when the board was still thinking it was Applewhite or Fedora. This leads me to believe that the account I shared is pretty accurate.

you can check that same thread and you’ll see that I shared the info about Enos.

This is just like our fanbase who at the end of the day dont realize their role in the current dilemma. Look at the factors here that would allow those two sites to differentiate that position from here and why this site has so many clowns posting clown ****. When it's all said and dont the main difference and a very valid one is THOSE ARE PAID SITES... they have a staff who I'd imagine gets some sort of monetary commitment out of it opposed to here is nothing but people who simply refuse to pay for the information they feel they deserve. @DMoney go ahead and make this site abpay site already and watch how all this crying **** goes from the ones with issues. Better yet make it a paid site and I'll get you someone who can give you valid info on every corner. I'll set that up for you simply to spite the losers who were all tired of and the trolls who thrive here and also to spite people like vermin who lie out there asss just for clicks(like with my nephew & like lonzo is a done deal oh wait no he isnt and gruden signed sealed etc. People like ivins who simply begs for any angle and is revered for it. Rva you should start a petition brother. Let's make cis and the canes great again

Music to my ears, bro. I’ve asked for a paid site on here before. @Andrew said their business model from the beginning was to be free. So I then asked for them to keep the free board and add a VIP level membership so that at least there is some filter and I got nothing but crickets. I even asked for free VIP memberships to select posters who are pilars of information like LCE, gogeta... and it fell on deaf ears.

There’s a demand not being met. At least for some of us.

I don't buy that stuff for a second. The second Richt retired, Blake James immediately zeroed in on Manny, there wasn't time for all this jockeying and lobbying on the behalf of a guy who was mayor a decade ago. Junior and Blake had an agreement in principle within hours. There is one simple and sole reason Junior wound up our coach: Incompetence.

Seems very logical to me. I understand the hesitation from andrew but in my eyes it's simply a lack of understanding the value of his forum. Especially if you keep select posters as free vip members.

When there is a report Manny already offered the OC's job to Richt's old boy Mike Bono you know Manny is looking for somebody who will not be too independent. It's too bad too much time has past for Sam J. to unofficially advise the powers that be. He would have strongly advised against hiring a guy as head coach with no previous head coaching experience.

They can fairly easily bend Manny on such issues. They can always fire Manny. If he understands his job might be in jeopardy they could get him to agree to certain changes along those lines.

I appreciate the info @dsddcane @Tweed and the rest put out, but going to a paid site doesnt resolve the problem of negativity. If anything you open yourself up to more criticism because now you have people who feel entitled to the info. If anything is wrong or not delivered in a timely manner it will come out; plus you have the added pressure to the content creators to vet every info and vouch for it. Right now we have a nice little community, those who been here long enough know whos legit (LCE, Coach Macho, etc), we know who the cranky old heads are (shout out @caneinorlando) and the alternate lifestyle cats (@nystateofmind). Theres alot of *****ing and infighting but that happens, most of the community knows to ignore the trolls. Its like living in NY, you just know to avoid times square
