How can any program compete with this machine? Think Saban and his hired guns could beat some NFL teams.

Mackenzie Alexander's draft stock might have soared after this game. Clemson's secondary went to **** as soon as he left the game.

Seriously, I'm not surprised Bama won. They operate with the biggest budget where in Alabama all they have to hinge their hopes on is college football. What are they going to do for the next 8 months? Spring football, that's it.

They pay for Saban's house, give him deals with local businesses and give him an unlimited budget. Saban should be pulling these wins off. When Saban retires, it's going to be a mad house with coaches trying to get that job.
 
Little League football 101 - never leave your feet when you're on the edge. Also, #15 gave up multiple big plays. Crazy thing is if they had stopped Bama at the goal line on that last drive Clemson might have still won it.

They let a TE who haven't scored a TD in forever, burn them. This was more on Clemson and less on Bama. Dabo showed up.

The formula is simple. Recruit the best and biggest players from the south and give them the best coaching on the planet. You don't need bagmen when your team is winning titles.

what came first? the chicken or the egg? bama started recruiting at an elite level before they won their first title so it wasn't winning that brought the talent there

Literally, a game of inches, b/c Henry was stopped, but they let him wiggle his arm free for a inch touch of the goal line. But, it is what it is.
