Alabama LB involved in DUI accident...

Tuscaloosa officials have since updated their findings with TPD Police Chief saying “After further investigation, we’ve identified it was actually the car itself and not the individual driving that was over that legally approved BAC limit.”
My money is on them claiming it was a self driving Tesla and somehow charges getting dropped

even though it wasn’t a Tesla

Hope his very nice car is ok
Does his contract include repairs and body work? Or is it in the free replacement period under the special 10-year, 500 thousand mile warranty available only to Bama athletes, or his first NFL contract, whichever comes first?

guys, we just let back on the team a dude who assaulted his pregnant gf.
Hard to do much to him if the girlfriend recants and the prosecutors have to drop the case.

So, we throw him out of school based on what?

He is lawyered up--does the lawyer sue UM for dropping over an allegation that did not happen to another student and that the school can't prove?

There might be something there...and I suspect there is...but I see the university's hands as more or less tied.
