Alabaga is not ruining recruiting, college football

If we talking about now then Harbach is a **** of a lot better than RIcht. He has a better record at Mich than Richt as at Miami and he stepped into a bigger mess than Richt did and he is in a MUCH tougher conferance. We are in argubaly the weakest Divsion in the P5. MAYBE the B1G west is weaker. They are in arguably the strongest Division.
Harbaugh's winning percentage is 2% better than Richt at Miami and there is ZERO chance that Harbaugh stepped into a better situation at Michigan versus Richt at Miami. Brady Hoke had them in a BCS game earlier this decade.

The bag game is real whether you want to believe it or not. That being said if you make it to this level of coaching you know what you have to do to win. Either get in the game or get left behind.

Like my good friend who is a coach said. Watch Blue Chips that is probably the most accurate depiction of what goes on. As long as we don't play that game we are going to lose out. It is what it is.

Miami is not in a position to play the game. the slightest sniff of something and the NCAA will be all over us again. Hence the Richt hire. Now Bama, LSU, OSU, Georgia etc can do whatever they want with Emmert in charge. There game is so strong that its impossible to get through the layers. And no way the NCAA will bring down the cash cow that is the SEC.

Its now the job and car game that Alabama has perfected. That is how you entice a two-headed beast of a Hawaiian family to uproot to bumf-k Egypt.

UM

Lol@ the people who ***** about Richt's terrible offense but seem to think Harbaugh's is any better. While Miami has been average statistically on offense for the last 2.5 years, Michigan has been one of the worst P5 offenses in the nation. They brought in a transfer QB this season and they've made the jump from terrible to OK but prior to this year, they've been horrible.

Gurvan Hall says no to Bama and we play Robert Knowles over him

Smh
Should he play simply because he said no to Alabama? You don't know how he is performing in practice and who is winning the competition every day. We do have an AA at his position that does not come off very often leaving second team reps limited. I understand you are frustrated, so am I but we simply don't have enough info to complain about his playing time or lack thereof.

This is agenda posting at this best. UMich spent hundreds of millions on facilities and stadium renovations even under failing regimes they spared no expense. And did not have any sanctions against them.

Richt came in on the tail end of sanctions with use being behind in those areas.

Now Richt hasn’t under performed this year with the quality of team many believed he had. But Mich was/ is a way easier job and fix than Miami when Richt got here.

Penn State almost lost to App State and is in no better shape than we are. They get hype from playing in the overrated Big10.

But they didn't lose. The B1G east is arguably the toughest division in the nation. It is far from overrated. We got rocked by a B1G west team at home last year. LMAO.

hold up. Mich was in a better place than Miami was when Richt took over compared to Harbaugh.

Yah it is a lot easier to win in the hardest division in CFB than the weakest in the P5. Its also a lot easier to win in a barren wasteland of talent and needing to compete with Penn St. MSU, OSU, Wisconsin, and penn St. for talent from NJ, Ohio, Pa, etc. compared to the most talent rich area in the country.

Miami had a better W/L under the last 2 coaches than Mich had under their 2 coaches.

From the 2008 season to the time Richt/Harbaugh arrived Miami has had 0 losing seasons. Mich has had 3. Mich only had 2 seasons with better records than Miami in that time frame before Harbaugh arrived.

FBI needs to get involved to stop what Nick Saban is doing at Alabama with bags and cars for players.College football is no longer a competitive sport but dominated by the teams that cheat and our backed by the upper echelon of the NCAA.Coaches, players, and parents are well aware of what is going on at Bama. The FBI needs to start at the players parking lot to track down where they get the finances to pay for their cars which they purchase when signing with Baga .

Bro, sorry but you're freaking RETARDED if you think Miami's staff is even close to Michigan's. They have 4 ex NFL coaches, Three ex Head Coaches, four ex coordinators, a Super Bowl coach and about 3 times as many years coaching as we do. We have a bartender (6 yrs ago) Two HS coaches in their second and third year of coaching College football, we have QB coach in his 4th yr ( 3 of them at Miami) of coaching, we have an OL coach that has been fired 3 times, and DC that's been fired 3 times. Oh yeah, a Head Coach that couldn't do in 15 yrs what the new coach of his old school has done in two. Both in recruiting and getting to a National Championship game. End of story.
Ouch...

The one thing you have to remember is this, we aren't on those teams level. Well, we are better than USC. The same way we look down on Kentucky and laugh about taking recruits from them, that's what Bama does to everyone especially us.

Clemson gets Ladson over us, OSU gets Battle and countless others from FL, I could go on and on but until we start killing weaker teams on our schedule and then start beating top level teams when we face off, Bama, Ga, OSU, and Clemson they are going to continue to win elite recruiting battles against us.

Sure, we will win a few recruiting battles. And we'll never win them all but our team needs to prove they are elite on the field before the kids that are on the fence about us start to choose us at a larger clip.
Even when we were winning everything we still lost a lot of recruiting battles. A lot.

You just don't remember. One of the biggest recruiting losses ever was Sterling Palmer in the late '80's. Was not such a special player, as it turned out.

There were many others. We lost a lot of kids to FSU.

They should but they won't. FBI is still shaking out all the criminals in Senior Management.
