Al Golden's Detroit Lions

Meanwhile Miami struggles with Florida Atlantic at home.

How many times has Mark Richt coached in the NFL again?

Best Gatorade coordinator the Lions ever had:

"He just has a feel for what color Gatorade the team needs for that particular game." said Lions head coach, Jim Caldwell. "Some guys just stick with orange, but not Al. It's really special to watch," Caldwell also praised Golden's assistant, Mark D'nofrio, for swiftly getting the much needed hydration to the players. "Hasn't dropped a cup yet."

I think Blake pulled the trigger too early. Al needed another year. 2016 with SWAG16 was going to be his year.

The bottomline: UM's athletic department was horribly misguided and until they stop chasing off everything good surrounding the football program, we will never be good again. Miss you Al.

Al's schemes might have been too difficult for college players to learn in the short amount of time that they are allowed to work on football, but the man is a great football coach. He ran the same defense as the Seattle Seahawks. I really like CMR, but I think Al got a raw deal.

Comment is confusing (like this thread) since I'm watching the Dolphins - Seahawks game and they're talking about how simple and straightforward the Seattle defense is. "They're not trying to fool you. They just line up and play", I believe was the comment they made.

This thread would make more sense if Detroits TE were solely responsible for their lead in the game.
