Al Golden's "Core Values"

We hear the catch phrase "core values" mentioned quite frequently in any reference to Al Golden and the University of Miami. Its almost become a cliche on message boards and chat rooms but does anyone actually know what these core values are? It would be interesting to know what his founding principals to building a program are.

I think the main one is to avoid hiring social misfits, career assistant coaches or other freaking morons and then giving them free reign to run a Div. 1 program into the ground.

Outside of that glaring bullet point you' ll have to pick up a copy of his business plan to get further details.

If I had to guess, I figure some would be:
Accountability
Preparation
Hard Work/Dedication
Discipline
Confidence (ya gotta be that to have undertaken that Temple job).

And representing the "brand". He has mentioned this several times, and he recognizes this isn't just some Joe Smo school, This is The "U".
