And that 30% is just the guys who were draft eligible. There will be many many more from that 6-7 team of 2014 drafted in the coming years.

How did you think this was going to play out? Did you think Shalala was going to fire Golden on her way out the door? That was never going to happen.
No big organization works that way.
The same thing just happened to the company I work for, and it's totally normal. The CEO got replaced. Once he got in, he fired people in all kinds of key positions and put his own people in. The board wasn't going to do it for him, they let the new boss do that himself out of respect for him and besides.... that way it becomes his responsibility if the new guy fails and he can't blame the last guy.
That's normally the way these things work. The BOT and Shalala were not going to saddle the new president with a coach he didn't have a hand in hiring. Come September, this will be Freck's ship, and you can bet your *** Golden will be on one of the hottest seats in the country even if he manages to win a lot of games.
Freck will want his own people in charge, including the AD and coach. The first domino to fall will be Blake James. I can pretty much guarantee right now, just knowing how these big organizations do things, James will "move on" or get outright fired first.... probably in September or October latest.
Golden will follow, after the season (when coaches are normally fired), unless by some miracle he manages to win the ACC (lol).
