After the Penn St thing blew up, he decided to keep his entire staff in tact.

No coach on the planet would have done that if he wanted to save his job after year 3.

No school has given a coach that has done less the "golden parachute" that Al has. They owe him 4-5 million bucks if they fire him.

It's really sick to think about it.

Golden set this thing up perfectly for himself.

I seriously think he is still stuck in Templeland and he thinks anything is acceptable because they came to accept 0-12 until he got there and they slowly began winning a few games. He is just oblivious to how bad his team is and thinks he knows the answer to solve it and he doesnt. Continuity was his excuse last year. Well now is the time to make the move because some of the defensive leaders are leaving (Chick and DP) so now continuity means nothing. If anything he should be trying to mix things up, bring in someone that can get something out of Tracy Howard.. the ******* number 1 CB recruit a few years ago and cant play over gunter and burns? wtf.. i know some kind of move is going to be made

Howard doesn't equate as an answer to defensive problems...Especially with FSU already with Jalen Ramsey and the number #1 and #3 DB's enrolling next year...That puts us at minus 3 years to catch up against the FSU defensive backfield, not counting what they may bring in the 2016 class...Fisher just gets it, Miami gets one -FSU gets three..
