is really a terrible leader of a program. Instilling cowardice and fear into our once fighting Hurricanes. Atmosphere around the team is reminiscent of the atmosphere around the Shannon/Coker reign of error. Tons of excuses, and pie in the sky bs used to explain away pure and unadulterated incompetence. Recruiting wise one could argue he at least has the ability to address areas of need, although quality surely is an issue. With that said, I expect nothing from this season and as far as what I saw today shows to me the man is unable to inspire, galvanize and lead a team of young impressionable albeit talented men. This is a travesty and the longer people pretend that he's going to turn around the worse off we will be.
